Fantastic store. Staff are very lovely and Joy to be served by! The store is very well kept and always remains tidier than any other cex ive visited. The displays show genuinely interesting things and in a manner where its pleasing to look around! Coming up to christmas i saw the cute little decorations the store have been doing and i have to say i love it!

Would not honour the warranty on an expensive phone Samsung fold was told by staff it was because I took off the screen cover but Samsung fits a new one, free of charge they have no issue then head office told me I opened and closed the phone to many times over a 1000000 times they just took.the money and ran look on the net at other reviews a very deceitful way to cheat on warranty avoid at all cost

Been here many times. Staff and manager are extremely friendly and know what they're doing. Prices are great on games and electronics, and you can even give in your old used games for some cash, too. This store is definitely better than the GAME in Fairhill Shopping Center by a mile. Totally recommend it, 100%.

It's CEX Good selection of electrical stuff, though prices seem a bit off £650 for a second hand PS5 yet there only £530 brand new in Game

For a small wee shop they fit a good amount of stuff out. Staff are excellent and there's a decent variety of games from different generations of consoles

The staff is nice, good wee shop for second hand gaming stuff , but the rack is abit low to find what u like, need a little time to search.

Pretty much same as any other CEX shop. Low value paid for what your selling . Reasonable prices charged on purchased items covers from toys and most console ps X box games etc. Cameras pc parts dvds . Yea bargains to be ha if you don't want to buy new . Customer service always good and helpful . 30 day returns I believe and everything guaranteed for a year I believe.
